The main factor behind Ben's progress was the solid structure we created, and how we fit it into his schedule.
We scheduled a consultation weekly on his Tuesday lunch break. He would pack his gym bag the night before, and would go straight to the gym after work. I'd send across the meal plans, Ben would do his meal prep each Sunday, and take his containers to work through the week.
We found several lunches and dinners to rotate through, however the protein, blueberry oats for breakfast was a mainstay.
It's worth mentioning, everyone misses sessions, slips up on their diet, and has other "off weeks" - it's human nature. However, creating a structure that clicks, with food and exercise you actually enjoy, is what drives massive changes like this.
