Coach Comments:
This is was an advanced protocol, under strict supervision. Rapid body composition change like this shouldn't be attempted without a good reason, professional guidance and very clear strategy. For more context, I recommend watching the interview with Adrian below to understand our vision, our plan, and how we executed it.
Client Comments:
I would go through it again. It was really enjoyable. Don't be afraid to go as aggressive as you can.

Full and Defined
While at rest (no pump), there is a small but noticeable improvement from before (left photo, day 1) to after (right photo, day 14).
In particular, there is increased separation between the shoulder, bicep, tricep muscle bellies.
The increased vascularity at rest (visible bicep vein) is another indicator of leanness.
Pumped Up
After getting warm and pumping up, the differences are obvious.
High vascularity, separation within the shoulder muscle itself, as well as definition and separation between muscle groups.
A scientific approach and applying sound health principles are best practise. Thus, it must be declared that some variables aren’t controlled for in this comparison.
The pose, angle of shot, lighting, filter, the camera used, as well as other factors differ to varying degrees. Additionally, what ‘looks better’ is subjective. These all need to be considered in this comparison.
Despite this, it could be argued that Adrian achieved an improved physique and a better ‘look’ - which is extremely impressive considering we achieved this in only a fortnight.
These photos made a great addition to Adrian's portfolio and highlight his progress. Thank you Sahan for helping capture this great content.
